Ravi Amble has more than 25 years of overall industry experience with more than 15 years experience in building telehealth networks by advancing his career in the Information Technology Industry as an accomplished business technologist and entrepreneur.

Progressing in his career, Ravi has been recognized as a pioneer-entrepreneur in Telehealth by building one of the largest Telemedicine networks in the world with NASA as a professional foundation.

Under Ravi’s leadership as the Co-founder and COO of Rapidigm, an IT Solutions and Services company, Rapidigm received the recognition as one of America’s 500 fastest growing privately held companies for 2 years in a row and was successfully acquired by Fujitsu America in 2006.

Additional notable exits that Ravi has participated thus far have been, InMage to Microsoft, and LeadFormix to SAP.

Today, Ravi Amble is a successful serial entrepreneur actively working with and building holistic and personalized software-appliances for decision support using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science for Telehealth, Visual Intelligence, Hybrid Behavioral Extraction, Continuous Data Protection and Business Continuity.

Meredith Sossman has more than 20 years of experience in health care device legal defense, FDA regulatory consulting for early stage medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and international legal experience in health-related risk management.  Meredith  holds a telehealth facilitator certification from Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.  She has led teams in non-profit and for-profit corporations through reorganizations that resulted in multi-million dollar sales increases, and speaks nationally on topics in corporate governance, sales & fundraising, and management best practices.

Larry England is a lead software architect engineer who has experience in a wide range of technical areas including large-scale systems, language runtimes, application development tools, database management system, text search and analysis, operating systems, and more. He has worked with C-suite executives, led large development groups and delivered products which have produced millions of dollars of revenue. Most recently, Larry was the technical adviser to one of the largest US Healthcare payors involved with numerous aspects of healthcare. When he is not working or expanding his technical knowledge, you can find him running the trails in California.

Gus Molina

Position: Global VP of Engineering

Gus Molina is a creative, innovative thinker, visionary inventor, distinguished trainer, and an avid technical problem solver. Gus revels in solving seemingly unsurmountable challenges in ways that are simple and elegant, and takes great pride in pioneering technological advances. Gus studied Physics, Information and Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, and comes to Suquino with over 30+ years of engineering experience.

Gus has spent more than 20 years as an independent contractor and consultant, over 12 years as an independent instructor for a world-class software development training company and think tank and has held key positions at leading defense and embedded systems companies performing project management, product engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, and IoT solution architecture.

Gus is a subject matter expert (SME) in secure Electronic Financial Transaction (EFT) processing systems, specialized network encryption and routing devices, wireless Mobile Virtual Network Operations (MVNO), and Internet Exchanges (IXs). He has intricate experience with the enablement, realization, and testing of the world’s best performing and most efficient computing platform. Gus holds a patent for “System for Remote Purchase and Payment Transactions”.

Gus Molina’s motto of “build it once, build it right,” will guide the Suquino engineering team in building the next generation patient-centric healthcare technology by revolutionizing the Saffron telehealth platform and its embedded ML/AI engine, Ginger.

 

Mahima Mallikarjuna

Position: VP of Product

Mahima Mallikarjuna is the VP of Product at Suquino, leading strategy and launch of the HIPAA compliant virtual care platform. She is an entrepreneurial leader who draws from a diverse set of experiences over 15 years to influence positive outcomes.  She has built from the ground up consumer products that provide simple and seamless experiences to millions of users, modernized and secured internal tools that improve operational efficiencies and mitigate security threats, and developed diverse product and engineering teams that work in concert to deliver results on time and within budget.

Prior to joining Suquino, Mahima held several key product and engineering roles launching and scaling software products for digital health and technology companies like Twitter, United Healthcare, Workday, Kaiser Permanente, and Sun Microsystems.

She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, a Master’s in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA in Global Business Strategy and Management from University of California, Los Angeles. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, mentoring students and young professionals, and socially engaging seniors in her community through collaborative activities.

Sundar is a seasoned development engineer with over 15 years of experience in designing and building scalable internet applications primarily in Healthcare. This includes Statistical Analytics for Children’s Hospital Association (CHA) using R Language, which has been used by more than 50 hospital groups in the US. Experienced in front-end & back-end technologies, server management, database management systems (structured and unstructured), analytics and IoT devices, Sundar has comprehensive experience with HIPPA and FIPS for cloud security.  As an architect of the Saffron system, his work was praised as “some of the finest software architecture Microsoft has ever seen,” in their evaluation of Suquino’s initial white paper on engineering an AI embedded telehealth system.

Subra Parameshwar is a results-driven, customer-focused technology executive with over 20 years experience serving small, medium, start-up organizations offering technology strategies and business orientation of IT services. Subra has extensive educational background complemented with management longevity, diplomacy and business acumen. In addition, Subra has proven track record transcending organizational and geographical boundaries directing IT initiatives to achieve mission-critical business goals to increase operational & cost efficiencies, develop solutions, leverage new technologies, attain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer support service.

Subra is an accomplished IT individual who served Fortune 500 firms including Motorola, GE (Healthcare and Digital), and Accenture. Subra brings in a wealth of expertise in Healthcare Operations, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Program Management, and Interoperability.

Chinmay Parikh is a Biomedical Engineer with comprehensive experience in the medical device industry. He has knowledge of various Class II & III medical devices such as, patient monitoring devices, implant devices and biomedical microdevices. He is knowledgeable with FDA regulations,  data acquisition & data analysis, device design, and more. With his growing knowledge of biomedical engineering, he has been working on device drivers and the mapping software architecture development with the engineering team at Suquino. He has worked on ECG machines, Genomics Sequencing devices, Multiparameter monitors, and various Portable devices.  As an active member of the Biomedical Engineering Society, he is learning and expanding his knowledge with device development and integration.

When he is not working, he spends time with volunteering, reading, running and playing cricket.
